CFS Partnerships
We seek partnerships with Industry, Academia, Software Vendors and Consultants through a number of mechanisms:
We offer membership of a Research
Collaboration (The Cambridge NEWT Collaboration) giving source code access
to our NEWT technology.
We also look for Commercial
Partners who can provide complementary
expertise and technology to build new products and services
and to identify new applications for advanced CFD. We license BoXeR through a Development Partnership, a mechanism for obtaining a customised version of a CFS product.
The result is significantly more cost effective than developing an in-house alternative but nevertheless heavily customised compared to generic COTS We look to partner other organisations and
SMEs through the European
Union FP6 programme. Our team has extensive
experience of the past and present Frameworks and seek
its continued use to develop new capabilities for CFD.
