NEWT is the in-house CFD suite developed by CFS, used to tackle challenging CFD problems. The current paradigm is to market general purpose codes in binary form with very limited scope for user-defined modelling. Our vision with NEWT is to breed, at source code level, our core CFD technology to suit your specialist applications.

Many consultants and vendors consider bespoke CFD to be solely the provision of add-ons for general purpose software. We believe this to be inherently inefficient, as these software solutions labour under the same cumbersome general purpose code. With source code access to NEWT we can tailor our software to your application. Our clients are not burdened with either poorly matched commercial code, nor the heavy cost of developing an in-house CFD capability from scratch.
