The BoXeR 3D RANS flow solver (based on NEWT) has two options for dealing with the curved surface boundary conditions. The first is a robust 'ghost cell' approach with wall functions for rapid prototyping response. For high quality work, BoXeR has the ability to delete out cut cells and build layered viscous meshes aligned with body normals. In addition, flow based mesh adaption is supported.
