Mesh Generation

BoXeR uses a cut cartesian hexahedral mesh generated in parallel. Once the geometry is captured on the octree mesh, the cluster then solves for the 'distance field' and extracts the body as the zero level. Based on this distance field the mesh is refined and de-refined, again in parallel. The level set is then held and managed as a solid model to support all other activities.
